  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
  • In rare cases, order processing may take longer due to high demand or supply chain delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
Standard Shipping : 5-10 Days
Intenational Shipping: 7-15

We currently ship to:

4. Order Tracking

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items for a resolution.
  • Flexion Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

6. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs processing times may delay deliveries beyond the estimated shipping times.

7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

8. Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
